Salesforce Engineer

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying code to the Salesforce Platform. This role will require you to work with various AWS services, CI/CD tools, and event-driven architectures. You will be part of a team that follows SCRUM and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Write and deploy code to the Salesforce Platform
• Work with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3
• Collaborate with team members in a SCRUM or agile environment
• Develop event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events
• Customize Salesforce platform through declarative methods like Lightning UI, business logic, security settings, reports, and dashboards
• Utilize Salesforce APIs - REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API
• Use Git or other version control systems for code management
• Implement Node.js and JavaScript within the IT stack
• Design data models and UI for Salesforce applications
• Ensure security features and configurations are in place

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor''s degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or similar field
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certified
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Experience with Community (Experience) Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Gearset, etc.
• Experience with AWS services
• Experience in SCRUM or agile environment
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud

• AWS certifications
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience with Salesforce security features
• Experience with Salesforce APIs
• Experience with UI design and data modeling
• Experience with version control systems
• Preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone
