We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale enterprise
engagement focused on Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Copilot enablement within
a healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for bringing structure, prioritization, and
alignment across business and technology teams, ensuring that platform capabilities are delivered
in a scalable, governed, and business-aligned manner. This is not a traditional project management
role — we are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, platform, and
governance, helping define how the organization adopts automation, data, and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the platform roadmap across Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot initiatives
• Establish and run intake, prioritization, and demand management processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape automation, data, and AI use cases
• Translate business needs into actionable workstreams for engineering teams
• Drive governance and operating model definition (standards, guardrails, ownership)
• Coordinate across architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams
• Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
• Support adoption and change management for platform capabilities
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business outcomes
Required Experience
• Experience as a Product Manager, Platform Lead, or similar role in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (especially Power Automate)
• Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business + technical)
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous environments and drive clarity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives
Nice to Have
• Experience with Copilot / AI / GenAI initiatives
• Experience building or supporting a Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and platform operating models
