Required Skills

8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Business Analyst experience
Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering
Experience identifying automation opportunities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and documentation skills
RPA experience (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
