Job description:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 18+ years of experience in Commodity Trading, Market Risk, and CTRM consulting.
• Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale Market Risk and VaR transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of:
    Value at Risk (VaR)
    Stress Testing & Scenario Analysis
    Exposure & Position Management
    P&L Attribution
    Risk Reporting & Analytics
    Market Risk Governance
•    Deep knowledge of commodity trading business processes across physical and financial markets.
•    Experience with CTRM and risk platforms:
    cQuant good to have
•    Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery programs and large distributed teams
