Responsibilities:
Analyze, enhance, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Okta Single Sign On platform supporting SaaS applications and Google Cloud Platform cloud hosted environment
Collaborate with enterprise identity teams supporting platforms including PingFederate/PingID, AWS Identity Center, and Okta
Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS and Google Cloud Platform
Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers
Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans
Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high availability
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 1 year of experience with enterprise IdP s, particularly Okta or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
At least 1 year of experience with Cloud Infrastructure management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
5+ years of experience with Okta in enterprise level environments including Policy Management, Application Rules, IdP rules, Access Token Management, Adapter Configuration, SAML, OpenID Connect, SSO, and API (oAuth2.0)
5+ years of experience developing complex scripts in Bash, NodeJS, Python, or other languages to develop automated solutions
5+ years of experience developing Infrastructure as Code in cloud hosted environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
