About the job

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Architect  to lead the deployment of loyalty solutions on SAP Hybris (Commerce/Marketing Cloud). This is a 6‑month contract role based in San Francisco, focused on delivering a scalable, customer‑centric loyalty program that enhances engagement and retention.


Job Description: Implementation Architect – Loyalty Solutions (Hybris)

Contract Duration: 6 months Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid/Onsite as required)


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end implementation of loyalty solutions on Hybris, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, IT, product, and customer success) to align loyalty program objectives with business goals.
  • Customize Hybris modules to support loyalty features such as points accrual, redemption, tier management, and personalized offers.
  • Integrate loyalty solutions with CRM, analytics, and third‑party systems to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure solution stability and scalability.
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing support.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience implementing SAP Hybris Commerce/Marketing Cloud solutions, specifically loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program design, customer engagement strategies, and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Hands‑on expertise in Hybris configuration, extensions, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and middleware for system connectivity.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, contract‑based environment with tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting or implementation experience in retail, e‑commerce, or consumer loyalty domains.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern integration tools.
  • Experience with analytics platforms for measuring loyalty program effectiveness.
