Required qualifications
Strong professional C#/.NET backend-service development experience.
Practical Java coding experience; candidates are not expected to be stronger in Java than in .NET.
Experience designing, building, and supporting microservices or distributed systems in production.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, Helm, Terraform, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with telemetry, monitoring, observability, debugging, and troubleshooting production services.
Experience with multiple database or storage technologies and the tradeoffs among them.
Demonstrated understanding of reliability, scalability, availability, security, and performance optimization.
Experience owning production releases, service operations, incident response, DevOps, or site reliability responsibilities.
Strong ownership, accountability, technical judgment, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and drive solutions from design through production validation and support.
