Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Microservices to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on coding, solution design, mentoring, and enterprise integration experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management, Modern JavaScript)
• Strong SQL and database development experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Amazon Redshift
• Hands-on experience with Kafka
• RESTful API & SOAP Web Services development
• Unit Testing using JUnit & Mockito
• Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with GitLab, Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Exposure to AWS or Azure Cloud
• Experience with OAuth, JWT, API Security
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js.
• Develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schema design.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Integration Development

• Develop and support enterprise integrations using:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Kafka
  • FTP/SFTP
  • ETL/Data Pipelines
• Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues across enterprise systems.

Technical Leadership

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Work closely with Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality code within sprint timelines.
• Support production deployments and post-production activities.
• Maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, APIs, and Runbooks.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
