Job Role : Operations Analyst
Location : Hybrid in Richmond, VA
Hourly Rate : $57.93/hr W2 + Benefits
Job Description:
Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
Gathers and analyzes customer calls and various computer data to determine location and cause of power outages. Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations. Performs callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts. Duties may extend to maintaining accurate information and movement of crews in storm events.
Accurately manages Estimated Restoration Times to customers. Provides accurate and timely information to customers and first line resolution to customer complaints. Duties may extend to direct customer correspondence. Provides accurate and timely information to customers and first line resolution to customer complaints. Duties may extend to direct customer correspondence. Prioritizes, schedules, and manages non-emergency preventative maintenance and customer-requested work in a timely and cost-effective manner. Duties may extend to full creation, set up, packaging, permitting, joint-use interaction, as-building and reconciling discrepancies for trouble work.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
