Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in Active Directory architecture redesign and enterprise OU optimization.
Proficiency in Entra ID and Azure AD hybrid identity synchronization environments.
Experience with Group Policy Object strategy development and administrative delegation models.
Experience in implementing Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access policies.
Experience with identity lifecycle management including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
Experience in PowerShell automation for directory services and identity security auditing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Re-architect enterprise Active Directory infrastructure including global GPO and OU modernization.
Deploy Entra Connect to facilitate seamless hybrid authentication flows and identity synchronization.
Design and implement Role-Based Access Control and least privilege delegation frameworks.
Establish Zero Trust identity security standards across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Develop automated identity lifecycle workflows and comprehensive access review protocols.
Conduct identity security assessments to remediate legacy directory vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
Lead the IAM technical roadmap and provide architectural guidance to infrastructure teams.
