Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join a leading Medical Device organization supporting an enterprise-wide data consolidation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Business Intelligence solutions, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics platforms for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting solutions
• Build and optimize datasets, dataflows, and ETL processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
• Support enterprise data consolidation and migration initiatives
• Perform performance tuning and optimization for Power BI reports and SQL queries
• Create documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business teams

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting development
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI development and administration
• Advanced SQL development and data analysis skills
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reports
• Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Healthcare or Medical Device industries
• Knowledge of ETL tools and cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise data consolidation or migration projects
• Experience with Azure data technologies is a plus

Nice to Have

• Power BI certification
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, or Tableau
• Exposure to Snowflake, Azure SQL, or cloud analytics platforms
