Hourly Rate: $23.17 an hour
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work on-site at the Marshall, Missouri facility supporting production and plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, installing, rebuilding, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. You will help ensure equipment reliability and continuous production by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining production machinery and related systems.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts and components on plant and production equipment.
- Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.
- Inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to support continuous production operations.
- Use equipment manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, and parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.
- Use hand and power tools to install, repair, rebuild, replace, and test equipment and components.
- Perform electrical and pneumatic work on production machines.
- Complete welding, electrical, and fabrication work as needed.
- Work extended shifts and overtime, including weekends, based on business needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of progressive mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Vocational technical training in machine maintenance.
- Electrical experience.
- Read and write English to complete production and quality documentation.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
- Familiarity with basic shop equipment, electric arc welders, plasma cutters, torches, and basic hand tools.
Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
