Summary

Role: AWS Connect Architect (CGEMJP00362127)

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:

  • Lead assessment and design of the target-state contact center solution utilizing Amazon Connect.
  • Define call routing, IVR, omnichannel engagement, workforce, and agent experience capabilities.
  • Evaluate migration approaches from existing customer service workflows to Amazon Connect.
  • Design integrations with ServiceNow CSM, CRM, identity, reporting, and enterprise platforms.
  • Assess opportunities for AI-powered self-service, agent assist, and conversational experiences.
  • Define high availability, scalability, security, and operational support requirements.
  • Collaborate with AWS SMEs and customer stakeholders on architecture decisions.
  • Produce implementation roadmap, technical architecture, and migration recommendations.
