Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tester with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing and a proven track record of ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
  • Identify and document software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that testing meets user needs
  • Conduct performance testing to evaluate system performance and reliability
  • Create and maintain testing documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new features to ensure effective testing strategies

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionality
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Salesforce Test Automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Salesforce testing or related areas
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
