--- Project Description ---
This project involves the upgrading and combining of various aging
systems into one comprehensive Homeless Information Management
System (HMIS)
The Software Architect will work closely with the HMIS Project Manager
and technical staff to evaluate, improve, redesign and rewrite the
various systems that comprise the HMIS system.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Design and Development of the new HMIS Application project
2. Research and provide review and direction of various other Microsoft
.Net based open system applications.
3. Provide mentoring and guidance to our development staff.
4. Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are
met; managing daily work/priorities.
--- Required Qualifications ---
A Master's Degree.
84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using
vb.net web services.
84 months experience coding with C#.
72 months development experience using Oracle, PL/SQL Packages and SQL
programming.
12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap.
36 months experience creating .net n-tiered applications with Javascript,
jQuery, Angular, Wijmo.
36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .Net MVC.
24 months experience creating Angular .net applications utilizing Microsoft's
Entity Framework
24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for
example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
