Compensation
Pay Range:$47.04-$67.20/Hrs

Description
* Develop and support applications integrating with business components.
* Coordinate with business teams to understand and implement project requirements.
* Analyze application and process issues and communicate with support teams.
* Communicate work progress and resolve issues quickly.
* Learn and apply business processes to tasks.
* Software development experience required.
* Knowledge of banking products and transaction flow is beneficial.

* Analyze, design, and enhance applications.
* Coordinate with business to understand requirements and impacts of changes.
* Analyze and resolve application and process issues.
* Communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.
* Gather and interpret data requirements for solutions.
* Communicate effectively across technology and business areas.

Qualifications
* Experience in software development required.
* Ability to learn and apply business processes.
* Excellent organizational and team skills.
* Fast learner and able to work under minimal supervision.
* Experience in data analysis and business design advantageous.
* Knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering domain is a plus.
