Are you an engineering professional with experience supporting suppliers, manufacturing processes, and product development? Join a leading medical device organization and play a key role in driving supplier performance, quality improvements, and cost-saving initiatives within a global supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with global suppliers to support manufacturing processes, quality, and product reliability.

  • Investigate supplier-related quality issues, material shortages, and supply chain risks.

  • Partner with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on new product introductions and sustaining projects.

  • Support supplier qualification, component validation, testing, and change management activities.

  • Lead supplier improvement initiatives focused on quality, compliance, capacity, and cost reduction.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects using data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting complex mechanical or electrical systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

  • Knowledge of statistical methods, Six Sigma, or quality improvement tools preferred.

  • Medical device, GMP environment, and Minitab experience are highly desirable.
