A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Python AI Engineer

Position type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Concord, CA
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)
 
As a Sr. Python AI Engineer, you will:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale Python applications supporting Agentic AI, marketing automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
  • Write production-quality Python code with a strong focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and secure coding practices.
  • Build and enhance AI agents, orchestration services, APIs, and backend components using Python-based frameworks and libraries.
  • Optimize Python code for performance, reliability, and efficient interaction with vector databases, LLM services, and external systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:  
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Must be capable of writing production-scale code.
  • Agentic AI experience preferred.
  • Motivation, learning agility, and self-sufficiency.

 PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $75 - $80 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
