Summary

Job Title: EOL Technician – Power Electronics Test & Validation

Job Summary:
We are seeking an EOL Technician to support End-of-Line (EOL) testing for power electronics systems in automotive applications. The role involves executing testing activities from early development to production stages, ensuring system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform End-of-Line (EOL) testing for power electronics units (PEU – midsize).
Execute charging and high-voltage (HVD) testing procedures.
Operate automotive tester equipment for validation and diagnostics.
Use lab equipment such as AC grid simulators, DC power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
Support setup and readiness of test stations, including reflash and test equipment preparation.
Document test results and report findings to engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics or automotive testing.
Experience with automotive tester equipment and lab tools (oscilloscope, power supply, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Strong hands-on testing and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to charging systems and high-voltage testing.
Ability to work in both early-stage development and production environments.

Performance Metrics:

Hands-on technical execution
Testing accuracy and efficiency
Ability to handle lab/testing equipment independently
