Job Description :
Looking for hands-on experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Solution Architect with ability in Payroll, Absence Management, OTL, and Benefits modules. Strong emphasis on solution design and experience in producing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Strong experience setting up and configuring Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules. Experience with VBS Personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI. End-to-end accountability and ownership of Payroll-related modules.
Skills/Experience:
• Understands annual business cycles and how to set up configurations.
• Experience in configuring Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules with a strong understanding of legislative requirements.
• Able to write and debug Fast Formulas, BIP reports, VB Personalizations, and Payslip template modifications.
• Ability to document requirements and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Query writing and execution, data validation, and analysis.
• Experience writing use cases, test cases, test scripts, configurations, reports, and interfaces for all common SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR testing phases.
• Experience using Jira is a plus.
• Experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation.
• 15+ years as a Business/Application/System Analyst supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules.
