  • Work effectively with teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ensure project activities align with business drivers, governance requirements, and regulatory considerations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting large technology transformation programs.
  • Experience working on ERP/SAP projects or large-scale technology delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience across project phases, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional activities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, remove roadblocks, and drive actions to completion.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
