Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex technology programs.
Drive program planning, execution, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Coordinate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and overall program status.
Provide regular executive-level status updates and reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate program meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
