Position Summary:

The AI Governance, Risk & Automation Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide AI governance, cybersecurity compliance, risk management, OneTrust platform administration, and intelligent automation initiatives. This role establishes governance frameworks, manages AI and automation risks, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees cybersecurity governance controls, and drives process transformation through automation technologies. The position collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and business stakeholders to ensure the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI and automation solutions across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, or Enterprise Governance.
  • Experience administering OneTrust or equivalent Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
  • Experience implementing AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Risk Management frameworks.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures to support responsible AI adoption.
  • Administer, configure, and optimize the OneTrust platform, including governance workflows, risk assessments, compliance tracking, AI use case management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Establish and manage AI risk management processes, including risk assessments, control evaluations, compliance reviews, and governance oversight throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to ensure AI and automation solutions meet security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Govern enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation initiatives by defining standards, controls, lifecycle management processes, and operational governance practices.
  • Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline business operations, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
  • Oversee third-party vendor governance and risk assessments for AI, automation, cloud, and technology service providers to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audits, external regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and remediation activities by maintaining governance documentation, evidence repositories, and control frameworks.
  • Develop and present governance dashboards, risk reports, executive summaries, key performance indicators (KPIs), and key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management support to promote governance awareness, responsible AI practices, cybersecurity compliance, and enterprise-wide adoption of governance standards.
