Senior IGA Engineer - Saviynt ; Senior / Lead Engineer – Hands-on Saviynt IGA Delivery
The Senior IGA Engineer is responsible for hands-on configuration and delivery of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) with a focus on application onboarding, access reviews and certifications, and end-to-end access remediation workflows. The role ensures secure, compliant, and scalable identity governance aligned to enterprise security and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and customize Saviynt IGA modules including Access Reviews, Certifications, Entitlements, Roles, and Request Management.
· Onboard on-prem, cloud, and SaaS applications using out-of-the-box and custom Saviynt connectors.
· Design and implement user, role, and entitlement certification campaigns.
· Configure reviewer hierarchies, delegations, escalations, SLAs, and automated remediation workflows.
Integrate access remediation with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
· Perform entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, and production support.
· Produce configuration documentation, operational runbooks, and audit evidence.
· Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with IAM architects and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
· 6–10+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt IGA implementation.
· Strong experience with application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and workflows.
· Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
· Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and integration patterns.
· Experience in large-scale enterprise and regulated environments.
Preferred
· Saviynt certification(s).
Experience integrating with PAM platforms such as CyberArk
