We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team!
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM Development & Customization
✅ Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Service Catalog, Request, Knowledge, Portal, and MIM
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
✅ Hands-on experience with MID Server administration and ITOM architecture
✅ Knowledge of ACLs, Roles, Groups, Service Portal, and Platform Administration
✅ Experience with Unit Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and QA
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices and enterprise governance
