Senior Analytics Engineer - 6 Month Contract to Hire
Direct-to-Consumer Financial Services Brand | Remote (US)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-centric financial services brand that operates entirely direct-to-consumer. The business is digital-first, marketing-driven, and highly focused on understanding customer behavior, conversion performance, and growth efficiency.
This Senior Analytics Engineer role is a key hire to help scale how data is modeled, transformed, and activated across the business.
Why This Role Exists
The company runs a high-velocity, D2C growth engine supported by a lean analytics team. Today, one senior analytics leader is carrying a large portion of the modeling and transformation workload. This role adds senior engineering capacity to help centralize data, improve analytics foundations, and unlock better insights across marketing and customer experience.
This is not a passive reporting role. You’ll be embedded in the business.

Design and maintain scalable, well-structured data models in Snowflake

Work with data from sources such as marketing platforms, customer surveys, reviews, support systems, and behavioral events
Partner closely with analytics leadership to enable faster, more reliable decision-making
Improve analytics foundations including semantic layers, documentation, and data usability
Support real growth questions, including:
Which campaigns are driving ROI?
Where are customers dropping off in the funnel?
How can targeting and personalization improve conversion rates?
How do we measure and optimize customer engagement over time?
