Summary
Position: Business Analyst 3
Location: Lansing, MI Hybrid (Local candidates only)
Duration: 1 Year (Potential Full-Time Conversion)
Interview Mode: In-Person (1st week of March)
Top Skills Required
3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Quality Assurance knowledge (3+ years)
Azure DevOps or JIRA epics, features, user stories & lifecycle tracking
Strong understanding of BA / QA / DEV roles
Experience with As-Is / To-Be processes & documentation
Product roadmap creation experience
Agile / Project Management methodologies
BA tools such as Figma, Visio
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and manage clear, testable business requirements
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
Maintain Agile backlog and support prioritization with Product Owner
Analyze current and future business processes and systems
Coordinate with developers, QA testers, UI/UX teams, and project stakeholders
Support SEM deliverables and project documentation aligned with SOMI standards
Work Schedule & Important Notes
Hybrid schedule onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays (no exceptions)
First month onsite 5 days/week for onboarding
Must reside within 1 hour of Lansing, MI at submission
Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship at conversion stage
