Summary

Functional ERP Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Duration: 2+ Months

Part-time job [4hrs/day]

We are looking for a senior ERP Functional SME with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and MRP processes to support an ERP assessment/selection initiative.

The ideal candidate should have deep business process knowledge and experience leading requirements gathering and functional discussions with business stakeholders. This role is focused more on business transformation and process advisory rather than technical system configuration.

Key Requirements:

Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MRP, Procurement/PTP, and Operations
Experience with ERP assessment, ERP selection, fit-gap analysis, or vendor evaluation
Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and define future-state processes
Exposure to multiple Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, QAD, etc.
Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain-driven environments preferred
