Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data analysts, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into actionable product features.
  • Monitor product performance, delivery progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in backlog management, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with product roadmaps, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
  • Energy or utilities industry experience is a plus.
