Job Details- Defend insurers in no-fault matters across New York civil courts and arbitration forums
- Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) as a core part of the litigation and claims defense process
- Handle arbitrations from preparation through hearing and award
- Draft and argue declaratory judgment actions related to no-fault coverage disputes
- Appear in New York Supreme Court for motion practice and proceedings as required
- Manage all phases of civil litigation including pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
