Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the PMO in executing the SAP S/4HANA program plan, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and governance standards
* Manage one or more functional workstreams (Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement) within the broader S/4HANA program
* Maintain integrated project plans, milestone tracking, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams
* Prepare and deliver project status reporting, dashboards, and executive level updates
* Coordinate with Systems Integrators, SAP functional teams, and internal IT resources
* Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and inter workstream dependencies
* Escalate risks and decisions through PMO and governance forums as needed
* Support planning and execution of testing phases (SIT, UAT) in collaboration with functional teams
* Coordinate cutover planning, mock conversions, readiness activities, and go live execution
* Assist with hypercare planning and post go live stabilization activities

Partner with functional leads and SAP SMEs to drive planning and execution across:
* Operations (day to day business process enablement)
* Manufacturing (PP, shop floor integration, production planning)
* Supply Chain (logistics, inventory, demand/supply planning)
* Procurement (P2P, sourcing, vendor management, integrations)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or large scale enterprise implementations
* Direct experience supporting SAP S/4HANA programs or SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations
* Proven experience working within a PMO structure and enterprise governance model
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Strong understanding of at least one of the following domains:
* Operations
* Manufacturing (PP)
* Supply Chain/Logistics
* Procurement/P2P

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
* SAP S/4HANA functional exposure in PP, MM, S2P/P2P, Inventory, or Logistics
* Experience working with global or multi site manufacturing and supply chain environments
* Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (Activate, Waterfall, or Hybrid Agile)
* Experience supporting system integrators and offshore delivery teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
