Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Architect (CMDB / ITOM / ITAM)

Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)

Client: TCS

Role Descriptions:

ServiceNow Platform Architect with deep CMDB + ITOM + ITAM expertise, strong integration skills, and hands-on leadership experience in enterprise-scale implementations

Main Role Design and lead the overall ServiceNow platform setup and strategy.
Key Tasks Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
Decide architecture| best practices| and standards.
Lead and guide developers and admins.
Ensure platform is scalable| secure| and efficient.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Handle complex issues and decision-making Focus Areas.
Platform architecture.
Workflow design.
Integrations (APIs)Performance security.
