We are looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to support multiple centers across our network. This role involves daily IT support activities, maintaining end-user equipment, and resolving technical issues across PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, and thin clients. You will report directly to the IT Manager, Services Support Desk, and provide both onsite and remote support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support via phone, email, and remote tools with a strong customer-service focus
Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, Macs (macOS), wireless handheld devices, thin clients, and printers
Manage and resolve multiple IT requests simultaneously
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, with emphasis on macOS
Accurately document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Follow standard desk-side and service desk procedures
Escalate issues appropriately and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution
Take ownership of issues from start to successful resolution
Support multiple locations remotely
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
3 5 years of experience in Help Desk / IT Support
Strong experience supporting macOS and integrated systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common enterprise applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
