Job Title: Senior ERP Solution Architect (Infor LN)
Location: East Toronto onsite (5 days per week in office)

Job Summary
The Senior Solution Architect leads the design, governance, and evolution of corporate enterprise-wide ERP solutions across internal areas - manufacturing, warehousing, finance, etc. This individual acts as a strategic advisor, translating complex business capabilities into scalable, supportable, and commercially viable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Solution Design: Lead the development and technical architecture of end-to-end INFOR LN solutions for large-scale internal enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with standard product roadmaps and industry benchmarks.
- Business Re-engineering: Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define system specifications, map out operational workflows, and drive business process alignment within Infor LN.
- Integration Governance: Define integration architecture, technical dependencies, and data models to seamlessly connect Infor LN with external ecosystems (e.g., MES, PLM, and legacy systems) using middleware like Infor ION and APIs.
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, establish credibility with internal business stakeholders, and construct appropriate transformation roadmaps.
- Data & Migration Oversight: Provide functional and technical governance over complex data migration strategies, validation scripts, ETL processes, and system testing frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years of overall ERP experience, with at least 7+ years explicitly focusing on enterprise-scale Infor LN implementations, migrations, system architecture, integration and solution design.
- Core Modules: Expert functional knowledge across Infor LN core modules, specifically Finance (Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, AP/AR, GL). Bonus experience with Supply Chain / Logistics (Manufacturing, Projects, and Warehousing).
- Tech Stack Expertise: Proven past or current technical proficiency with Infor OS, Infor ION, API-led design, workflow automation, development and SQL/data integration architecture.
- Industry Context: Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus
Salary Range
$150,000 - $160,000/year
