Project Overview:
· The primary responsibility of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa.
· We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team.
· The Contractor will provide support, which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring the Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and/or business processes.
· The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
· Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions.
· Configuring business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements.
· Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Workday and the Coupa system
· Managing biannual Workday updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities
· Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design, and test results
Required Skills & Qualifications
The candidate shall also demonstrate the following knowledge and experience:
· The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
· Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Workday release
· Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational skills
· Possess experience with integrations in Workday (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, etc)
· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
· At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
