Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect with a proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.

This role requires a strategic technology leader who can provide architectural thought leadership, navigate complex organizational structures, and drive business outcomes through collaboration and influence.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly strategic, and capable of rallying cross-functional teams toward scalable, sustainable, and scenario-based solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural thought leadership and establish enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, governance, and best practices.
• Define, design, and oversee enterprise solution architectures that align with business strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture initiatives across multiple domains, including application architecture, integration, data, cloud, and business process transformation.
• Navigate organizational complexities, negotiate competing priorities, and facilitate consensus-based decision-making across leadership teams.
• Drive enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives and ensure solutions are aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Establish architectural principles and standards for integration, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to guide technology investments and long-term enterprise strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture designs are effectively implemented and governed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present architecture strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or similar strategic architecture leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent methodologies.
• Deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, API strategies, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions within complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture paradigms, including microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions, and hybrid integration models.
• Experience driving digital transformation, modernization initiatives, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate collaborative decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large-scale B2B enterprises and multi-domain business environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with data architecture, master data management, enterprise integration, and business process automation.
• TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or other relevant architecture certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
