Summary

Job Title: Lead MLOps Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead MLOps Engineer to drive the design, development, and scaling of machine learning infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with data scientists and engineering teams to build robust, scalable, and efficient ML pipelines. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and containerized environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in ML infrastructure / MLOps / platform engineering
Proficiency in Python and Java
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Terraform (IaC tools)
Knowledge of Apache Spark and Hadoop (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Cloud certifications (Google Cloud Platform / AWS)
Experience leading teams or large-scale infrastructure projects
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
Contributions to open-source ML/DevOps projects
