Supply Chain Forecasting Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Forecasting Lead with strong expertise in demand forecasting, business process improvement, functional solution design, and forecasting solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing forecasting processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements and reengineering.

• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional designs.

• Evaluate and implement forecasting solutions based on business needs.

• Validate forecasting outputs, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements to forecast accuracy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data science, and technology teams on AI/ML-based forecasting initiatives.

• Define data and integration requirements and support solution testing and implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain forecasting and forecasting solution implementation.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or similar tools.

• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, functional design, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.

• Understanding of demand forecasting methodologies, enterprise applications, transactional data, and data dependencies.

• Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting and collaboration with technical teams.

• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
