We are seeking an experienced Permanent Field Service Technician ready to bring their skills and expertise to our innovative company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the energy industry, providing essential services to our customers. With a focus on wiring, motors, schematics, electrical troubleshooting, AC/DC, pumps, machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance, this role is designed for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our energy systems are functioning at optimal levels. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing routine maintenance on various types of equipment, including motors, pumps, and other machinery.
2. Utilizing schematics to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Using your knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems to maintain and repair equipment.
4. Installing and repairing wiring systems in a variety of settings.
5. Providing technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their energy systems are operating effectively.
6. Working with a team to develop and implement new procedures for equipment maintenance and repair.
7. Responding promptly to service calls and providing excellent customer service.
8. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Specific qualifications include:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Extensive knowledge of wiring, motors, schematics, electrical troubleshooting, AC/DC, pumps, machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance.
3. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
6. A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
7. The ability to travel to various job sites and work flexible hours.
8. A degree in a related field, or equivalent technical certification, is preferred.
