Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Security Analyst in Dallas, TX,

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join a collaborative cybersecurity team supporting a wide range of security initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a well-rounded cybersecurity professional who enjoys working across multiple security domains, taking ownership of projects, and helping mature security programs.

This is not a highly specialized or siloed position. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable contributing wherever they can make the greatest impact. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives related to cloud security, vulnerability management, governance, risk and compliance, AI security, third-party risk management, and incident response.

The team is looking for someone who can quickly add value, operate independently, and help move critical security initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:
* Support cybersecurity initiatives across multiple security disciplines
* Conduct security risk assessments and provide practical recommendations
* Assist with vulnerability management activities, remediation efforts, and security reviews
* Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives and regulatory alignment efforts
* Participate in third-party risk assessments and vendor security reviews
* Support cloud security and Microsoft security initiatives
* Assist with incident response activities and security investigations as needed
* Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and procedures
* Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and security team members to improve the organization's overall security posture
* Take ownership of projects and drive initiatives from planning through implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
* Experience across multiple security domains, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, GRC, cloud security, or incident response
* Experience leading or supporting security projects from planning through implementation
* Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR, or similar
* Experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and Microsoft 365 Security
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with AI security, AI governance, or data protection initiatives
* Experience with third-party risk management, compliance programs, and GRC platforms
* Familiarity with SIEM solutions, security operations, and vulnerability management tools
* Experience with email security platforms and cloud security technologies
* Higher education industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
