Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join a growing Help Desk team supporting a large, enterprise environment. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. This role is ideal for an entry-level to intermediate IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-volume, enterprise support environment while developing technical and customer service skills.

Schedule

  • Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Work Environment: Onsite (with potential hybrid flexibility based on performance after onboarding)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Microsoft 365 (O365)
    • Active Directory
    • Windows 11 environment
    • Hardware/software break-fix
    • Access requests and account issues
    • Basic SAP support
  • Log, track, and manage tickets using ServiceNow
  • Support ongoing initiatives such as O365 migrations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving user issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (must be able to comfortably support end users in Spanish across phone, email, and chat)
  • IT degree or previous experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience supporting users in a Windows-based enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with:
    • Microsoft 365 (O365)
    • Active Directory
    • Basic hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Experience providing phone-based technical support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an enterprise-level IT environment
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

  • Supports tens of thousands of users across North America
  • Handles a high-volume environment with ~16,000 tickets per month

This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
