Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement SAP MDG solutions to support enterprise master data governance and business processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, validate solution designs, and support system configuration and testing.
- Oversee deployment, user acceptance testing, cutover activities, and post-implementation support to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide governance, change management, and user access support while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
10+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise data governance, and SAP solution implementation.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
SAP MDG, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Security & Authorizations, Workflow Configuration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Data Quality Management, Governance & Compliance, Training & Documentation
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience implementing SAP MDG and enterprise data governance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, master data management, and business process design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
