Job Description: Quality Engineer (Automation + AI Testing)

We’re expanding our US presence and looking for a talented Quality Engineer who’s passionate about automation and curious about AI-driven testing.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and offshore QE team members to deliver high-quality releases.
• Explore and apply AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in test planning, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across time zones and cultures to keep the team aligned.
• Bonus: If you have some understanding of bond markets, you’ll have an edge in understanding our domain better.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in automation testing (tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts applied to testing (even if it’s just hands-on experimentation or pilot projects).
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with bond markets or financial services domain is a plus but not required.
