Responsibilities: As a Product Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Intern at BHN, you will work with business stakeholders across all territories to develop global product solutions and go-to-market plans for online commerce. You will help identify and solve customer problems, build business cases, review and recap customer feedback and understand the competitive landscape for online direct to consumer eCommerce business.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Identify, research, and build requirements to optimize product performance through A/B testing, improving funnel metrics, enhancing registration opportunities, increasing customer engagement, converting gift card recipients to purchasers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Develop business requirements, success criteria, and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Build relationships and work closely with product, marketing, account management, sales, finance, settlement, legal, and compliance to understand product gaps and improve products.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to support product development cycles
- Help track key performance metrics and analyze data to measure product success and recommend improvements.
- Support the creation of product documentation, roadmaps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing website redesign by providing input on mobile and desktop user experience enhancements to ensure ease, accessibility and conversion optimization.
Qualifications: Ideal Skillset: - Business management, product, or payments experience and/or enrolled in BA/BS equivalent is preferred
