Summary
Marketing Strategist
Introduction:
The Marketing Strategist will play a key role in developing content strategies and customer-facing materials to support Customer Care teams and Field Outreach. This position will focus on creating top-notch customer communications that drive engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategies and customer-facing materials to support Customer Care teams and Field Outreach
- Lead internal employee communications and create programs to raise coworker awareness
- Collaborate with product and program managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing agencies
- Utilize data analytics and insights to drive engagement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Implement multi-channel marketing communications campaigns that meet business goals
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment or advertising agency
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ability to tailor messages appropriate to the target audience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative consumer research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
