Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience with Oracle 11g/18c/19c database.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience.
- Experience with Javascript or Jquery.
- Experience with Oracle APEX.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL web toolkit.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP Webservices.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the team to plan, coordinate, develop, and implement data modernization of vital statistics and vital records related projects.
- Develop and maintain mission-critical functions including Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Integrate systems with multiple state and federal partners.
- Implement new enhancements that support the data modernization of vital records and vital statistics projects.
- Create new Oracle APEX pages and application components.
- Strengthen security controls and improve user experience through modern UI capabilities.
- Ensure long-term sustainability of the platform while maintaining strict security standards and HIPAA compliance.
