Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time IT Security Specialist to analyze and enhance the security posture of online driver training organizations. This role involves reviewing security assessments, documenting findings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards. The position allows for flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, while requiring occasional on-site meetings for discussions and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate security assessments from online driver training companies and ensure thorough completion.
• Monitor and document compliance attestations and communicate deficiencies to relevant parties.
• Utilize Bitsight for security posture analysis and configure monitoring parameters.
• Generate automated reports and dashboards to highlight provider risk exposure.
• Manage remediation plans using OneTrust and coordinate findings with the Driver Training Program Office.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management (3+ years).
• Proficient in vulnerability management and vendor security tracking (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Bitsight for assessing security posture and generating reports (3+ years).
• Experience in managing GRC tools, specifically OneTrust (3+ years).
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and compliance discussions.
