Job Description

Need to be really solid product managers first. Need to see experience with owning product strategy. Not looking for a scrum master or BA.

Required Skills

3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools, operations platforms, integrations, workflow systems, or retail technology
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technical, vendor, and field teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, dependencies, and tradeoffs
Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
Experience defining or delivering integrations, APIs, data exchanges, or connected workflows is strongly preferred
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work
Familiarity with 7BOSS, store systems, workflow management, task management, or retail operations is a strong plus
