RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Overview:
This role supports the migration of legacy Cox (L-Cox) customers into our company billing and operational systems as part of a large-scale merger integration. The Program Manager will focus heavily on upfront planning, dependency identification, and cross-functional coordination to ensure all technical and operational activities are sequenced correctly before, during, and after migration events.
Working within the Business Integration Program Management Office (PMO) in Customer Operations, this individual will partner with technical, operational, and business teams to understand impacted workstreams, build detailed end-to-end project plans, manage risks, and ensure execution stays on track. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort working with senior leadership, and the ability to operate independently while driving complex initiatives forward. This is a high-visibility opportunity to take ownership of a critical merger-related program with enterprise-wide impact.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed technical and operational project plans with complex dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across all impacted workstreams
* Lead working sessions to align timelines, deliverables, and ownership
* Identify, document, and manage RAID items through resolution
* Provide clear, executive-level status updates via email and PowerPoint
* Escalate risks and issues proactively to leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience building and managing technical and operational project plans with multiple dependencies and minimal leadership oversight
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership through concise emails and PowerPoint decks
* Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and drive RAID items to closure
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Experience supporting biller and/or system migrations strongly preferred
* Prior experience in the telecommunications or cable industry is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
