ServiceNow Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer (SNOW) in Rocklin, CA.

Team Overview: Business Workflow Automation Team:
* Not just someone who is front end/user support
* M365 Admin
* Through deployment and post-go live

Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Responsible for turning product requirements into designs
* Developing implementation plans
* Developing integrations and automated initiatives for both On-cloud and On-premise platforms
* Responsible for the development of the service management framework, workflows, event management workflows, and business application workflows as well as integrations and tools capabilities

You will be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements. We are looking for a talented, driven, energetic individual to help accelerate our efforts, deepen team skills and be an integral part of our solutions-centric culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles
* 2-5+ years of coding ServiceNow features or similar platforms preferred
* 2+ years of working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
* 2+ years of coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
* Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
* Experience with Web Services, API's, Database-level integrations/ETL
* Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environment
* Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
* Experience with Web Services, API's, Database-level integrations/ETL
* Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
* Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
